I'm sure it's been asked before, but I'm just curious. I'm a radioshack employee *gag* but I'd love to know who the retailers are, and who the CC agents are

I work for an HR center that currently is in contract with T-Mobile. My particular field is tech support.

It's like radioshack only the prices are better and the people dont sell stereos, tvs, camcorders, electric cars, etc. They potentially know more than you.

Yeah...probably not. My wireless experience spans farther then just radioshack. I only came back to the shack cause my manager was a hottie, and I was in a very busy store. I used to manage a sprint store, and was a DM for that company as well. I came back to the shack cause it's way easier to just be a sales associate then have a bunch of BS managerial responsibility

nope we had dorky videos but my manager let me skip them since i sadly know more than she does

same here...my manager cares more about people liking him, and girl watching in the mall, then doing his job. That's why I get all the sales, and pretty much do what I want. I just hate the mall, cause you'll never know what ex, or akward situation you may run into.
