When they said "hell is other people"

they meant satan. at a certain location of our indirect dealer. And satan is an OCD, friendless, micro managing manager with a BAD blonde dye job.

She just came up to me IN FRONT of a customer and asked that I switch out the bag the car charger was in for a cheaper cellophane one because we "reuse" the nice one. A, sh*tty company policy in general, B, her own preferences taking this company's cheapness to the extreme, C, BAD FORM for doing it right in front of the guy!! This poor old dude actually felt so bad he took out both the car charger and the case and left me with the bags.

It's only 10:30 and I already feel like clawing her eyes out. No jury in the world would convict me either. 😈 đŸ‘ŋ

same thing here. and I was sent out to a different store than usual because it was supposed to be busy and they needed help...I've sold two accessories in an hour. they're gonna have to do better than this. lol

in regards to your grav, a friend showed me a painting yesterday that she found, and on the back it said "clowns may be scary, but remember to laugh at them and they can't hurt you"

made me laugh

my myspace status right now is "as life moves on, we must find a way to move with it"

changes come and go, sh*t happens, really horrible things seem to overwhelm you at every turn, you get burned and f*cked over and lose all faith in love and mankind and everything you once held precious...and then something good comes out of it when it's all said and done. I really do believe that. A lesson learned, a stronger and more resilient spirit, a confidence in yourself to be able to handle what seems to be unbearable heartache. It all works out in the end.

"we all bloom faster in oncoming disaster
I will let this hurt."

*hugs you*

my manager at the mall is stellar. a little quirky, but awesome for the most part. đŸ¤Ŗ and not micromanaging at all. we have a lot of fun in our lion's cage. it's just this particular manager actually...she's the exception to the rule, it seems like. everyone else in the company has a lot of fun...and out the window with the manual. heh

no it's funny, when I started at the mall my mgr told me to straight up shred the sexual harassment section of the handbook. we are pretty much ALL walking HR issues. đŸ¤Ŗ

i wish i could see that,
but i worked at location like that, we said racist jokes and we had this one temp, black lady in her 40's had a crush on me and actually wanted to show me her underware that she bought and the one that she had on, AFTER watching a porn that a customer left on a memcard (my fault for getting nosy with it, he claimed it did not work on his phone, it did)
we would talk about all types of subjects.

Glad i don't deal with them. I just like to tell people no or yes and give it to them. But I don't know the store life. Just a phone, a headset, and a stress ball that i hit people with. Other then that it is a waiting game. I always thought customer were bad, but some clientle and ops managers are mega gay. ☚ī¸

lately I've been missing the call center life...chilling out, no customer drama face to face, you can just hang up the phone at the end of the conversation and not sit there and have to chat with them if they are obnoxious...

call centers have their downside too though. meh

Very true. Sometimes i want to come in here with a bottle(which i did buy just on my lunch before everyone closes) and just take a shot for time i get a call. 7 to 12 shot of jack. I have resloved the issue 😁

we used to go get a bottle downtown and then bring it in Big Gulps mixed with a TINY bit of soda, bring it back and then walk around the center sharing with the 3-midnighters until they could get off and party with us 😈 hehe

that's the great thing about call centers, you can be high as a kite or wasted and still do a decent job.

The last horse finally makes it across the finish line. Our computers are slowly trying to freeze me out of phonescoop. I JUST NOW am able to check it. So I am the last one to this little convo.

Ah yes Ms Manager. I think outside of the time you spent training in Belgrade, and Amy, I have had the pleasure of working with her the most. I apparently got on her good side and she actually started requesting for me to come out there.

Her faults aside though, training with her had me practicing company policy to a T. No screw ups, no bad paper work, etc.

Her aside...I AM ABOUT TO CLAW MY EYES OUT!! The WEATHER is beautiful and I am sitting here selling NOTHING!! This bottle of Windex looks pretty good...

you win for most time spent with her, true point. She tried to recruit me for her side too, she wanted me to spy on the other reps for her...

here's the lowdown on me and her: I have nothing against her personally. It was always a toss up between pity that she has so little in her life that she invests SO much in this company, even beyond most of the upper echelon of management, and irritation at some of the stunts she pulls...the ingratiating way she speaks to you, the constant condescension, and the fakeness.

It was mostly the two-faced way she talked smack about Amy all the time and the fakeness that got to me. I have very little to say against her professionally, training with her helped me out a lot too.

Not sure whether i...
