Dobson Legacy Employees vs AT&T New hires
New hires in my market are being hired at more per hour than former Dobson employees even if they have no experience...any comments, suggestions?

I currently work in a COR AT&T store, since AT&T took over Dobson, but since I was Dobson employee they only bumped us a little bit, but are hiring new employees at a much higher rate than what we were even bumped to.

we haven't joined the union yet because they are not allowed to come to the stores to sign us up yet. Some sort of deal they have with AT&T. I am going to contact them as soon as I can get their local info to find out when they are going to be in the stores.

CWA man...everyone always touts the union wit at&t...make it work for you.
I am, BTW, no fan of unions. But this might be a case to use them for some leverage.
