This is just to ask if any AT&T reps have access to the ECPV (e-contract profile viewer). We haven't been able to access that server since last week.

i cannot access ecpv anymore. dont know why but it never works. it sucks

It's down in just about every market - including mine. I keep a list of every one I do, I'm covered for now... I hate MyCsp - this new version is craptastic.

I haven't checked yet, but it has been working for me yesterday. And ya, mycsp sucks. And phoneix.
