I don't have to imagine it. When I was with my previous company I was talking to a customer and she was going on and on about something. I said "yeah, yeah, yeah" and she was like, "what did you just say?" I had to put on my BS boots real quick and talk myself out of that one. I am trying to be better about what I say when I am on mute.

Our phones have a mute button, and our headsets do as well, so I always use both, just in case!
