Well, that's boring.
Usually the phones are ringing off the hooks with customers calling in who should be in church.
And I'm not saying that everyone should be in church, but these customers need some religion.

I desperately wanted to tell a married couple I spoke with earlier this morning to return their phone and cancel service before the 30 return window closed. Nothing against them personally, as they were nice enough people, but they couldn't grasp even the basics of the bill. I literally had to explain the concept of a past due balance to them.
