Lol, good one.
I had an older lady call in before who I helped out. She then proceeded to tell me about how she was a witch, she liked to walk outside dressed as a witch, tap children with her wand and give them wishes... 😲
This was one of my better calls. 😉

had a customer of a co-worker call in about a high bill; basically, she's a cheapo, but talked DOUBLE the allotment of minutes within the first MONTH. and she was in a partial month, too. "well, of course I'm not gonna pay it." right, b/c it's OUR fault that you're cheap and stupid.
