How I wish cellphone companies worked...

1. All reps get 3 days a year, one customer per day to vent out on.

2. $1000 deposits for all customers. No exceptions.

3. All phones bought at full retail costs. No exceptions.

4. Monthly services suspended the day after the due date. No exceptions.

5. Swear at an agent once, and your account will be canceled, ETF applied, deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions. Ever.

6. Asking stupid questions will be charged a $50 fine for each stupid question, paid directly to the agent the question is asked to. Failure to pay will result in account being canceled (ETF will be applied), the deposit paid directly to the agent.

7. Having a temper tantrum will result in sterilization, forced if needed, for you (the customer), and ...
