has anyone who works cust care for sprint noticed,
that the later in the evening it gets the more stupid the customers get... ahhh why why why why why!!!!

yes and at the store level, the later it gets, the more the customer wants to waste your damn time!!!!!!
OR Wants us to call Cust Care with their stupid questions!!!!!!!

haha i normally help store reps but when its really slow they switch the gate and i take regular cust calls, in the early afternoon they suck but they aren'tr eally all that bad, but after about 5 pm all h3ll breaks loose when the regular customers call in. its like they are all werewolves or something.

nah its not cause im tired, there really is something happening to customers between early afternoon and late evening, i dunno if its too much alcohol or what but they change drastically!

try taking tech support calls at 2am my time, but my callers are from vegas and its about 11pm there. talk about drunken idiots
