Reconnect Fee Change

Effective immediately, the reconnect fee charged to customers reactivating a cancelled account has increased from $20 to $25. The fee change applies to customers in both the Ensemble and P2K billing systems. Please ensure you are communicating the correct fee to your customers as this fee is automatically applied to the customer's account when reactivating a cancelled account.

just to let you know, this has been the reconnect fee for nextel phonse for quite some time and it was at the very least updated in jan 07 because it is in the terms and conditions of service,

I fully support reconnect fees. $25 seems fair to me.
