This is how it's going to go...

I was here at the store but my lights weren't even on...

C- "I think there is something wrong. Certian thing on the screen are all blurry and I can't see them so well."

K- "May I take a look?"

Cust. hands me the phone.. I open it up and it's all scratched to hell.

K- "Well, it looks significantly scratched so it's not a manufacturers defect..."

C- "Noo, the phone shouldn't be blurry like that. I'm going to a Verizon Store and they'll give me a new phone!"

c-my speaker just quit working

m-Well, your water damage indicator it bright red, so I am sorry, warranty is not going to cover this

c-you don't know what you are talking about! I am going to go to a REAL big red store where they will help me cause they know what the hell they are doing!
