what's the freaken point!?!?
I'm a technician at the big V... And this mom, dad, and son come in saying their son lost his phone but they have the warranty... Well grr... Here goes

M- the warranty doesn't cover lost phones but u have the insurance
C- ok great
Then son goes I don't want the same phone (env) I want the voyager.
M- unfortunatly insurance only covers ur model phone, if u want the voyager u have to pay 470 dollars plus its not even out yet.
C- ok we'll think about it
So the dumb family is sitting in the store and this kid is refusing the same phone... And the mom goes ok well we'll just wait for the voyager....
Ok..... Now in my opinion... Why get insurance and pay 6 dollars a month if u are still going to ...

If my company let us have chairs in the kiosk I totally would, but alas I have chronic foot pain. But hey being canadian wouldn't be so bad, well at least they have decent beer and smokes...
