How long is everyone's period for disconnects?
I talking about commission based disconnects (when the company take back their money).

no, it doesnt sound shady, when i first started with sprint it was 14 days, then it went to 30days now its at 180 days.

Radio shack is 30 days, as long as the phone is not returned within 30 days, we can keep all commission and spiffs

if by commission and spiff you mean 10 dollars it doesnt matter .... we talking bout some real money not 5 dollars they give you for messing peoples account ... lol... hahahahaha

At Radio Shack Until this year, commission and spiff on a cell phone sale, could be anywhere from 20-80 dollars on 1 phone. High end plan paid about 30 dollars in spiffs, accessories, spiff 10 dollars, commission of the sale 5% of sales credit 400 dollars phone and accessories paid 20 dollars. Add any addons, warranties, etc. Double it for 2fers. You got to keep it, unless it was returned within 30 days. That changed it January of this year. The same sale today, you can only make up to 30 - 40 dollars max now. NO commissions, just spiffs on the cell phone and add ons.
