I sell them. It's made by Krusell. Item # 89213 for qtek 9600/htc tytn/dopod 838 pro. http://www.krusell.se

There's a flap which snaps open when you want to slide it open. It's pretty nice.

she doesn't want that. We have those. She wants something to cover the keys. Like a RAZR one.

I mean like when you slide it, it is still inside the case. No snaps or anything. When she types on the keyboard it is plastic.

That's why I gave the link to the Krusell site. That's the one the customer was probably talking about.

it just doesn't allow for you to use the actual keyboard unless you remove it from the case.

but the phone does have an on screen keyboard so most use that when its in the case.

The case stays on, but the front flap un-snaps. The keyboard half of the phone is still fully covered and there's even plastic that covers the keys.

I had a customer yesterday looking for the same thing. He seemed baffled that I didn't have one or couldn't order one. I told him he was the first person to request something like that in 1.5 years.

tessco and superior. Tessco is garbage to be honest, superior is much better. I don't have the ability to order anything though or choose venders. The boxes just come every week lol.

Yeah, I know what you mean. We just picked up some superior products through tessco (they come in the same boxes anyway). Those are for our OEM accessories. For aftermarket we get them through C5 (used to be aleev), but they picked up some Krusell accessories.

There's probably no one to email about adding new accessories?

Probably wouldn't help. We still don't even sell batteries in our stores. Just at one central store. They wouldn't listen when i told them I have 2-3 customers a day who want a battery. I've just given up asking for new product we have most the stuff for all our phones, but they don't want to invest into things like adapters, rarely requested cases, batteries, etc..
