Question for wrnty reps

How do you determine it is a "business account"?
Because every time I get transfered when they say that I'm pretty sure it isn't a business account- not that I can see

warranty for at&t? with us, as long as cust has a fan, we consider it bmg

if its a bussines account in RLM it will have a Y under BMG
