I'm gonna start my own business...

How about this.

Start my own business called Wireless Consulting Advice, and advertise that "We resolve any disputes between you and your Wireless carrier!"

Then I would sit back and let all the morons who are gonna "sue" their carriers flock to me. All I would have to do is keep a copy of each carriers T&C's on hand, and then charge $500 for Consultations, and just show them were they are wrong based on the T&C's (basically pointing out where it basically says on all Carriers contracts that you actually can't sue them, and you agree to pay whatever your bill is, and any charges on it even if there's a dispute, etc, etc.)

Then I would sit back and watch the money roll right on in. Anyone else want in?

I'd worry for humanity if you got much by way of repeat business.

I like that idea, but you would probably get attacked by the crazies on the way to your car after work on the first day.

It will be a wonderful place... fully funded, uplifting ambiance, understanding bosses... and once a year we'll host a visitation day where we let 30 select employees from other call centers tour and sit in our bean-bag chairs!

I was going to not do "Holidays" so much as bi-quarterly parties... We're not working Holidays anyways! (Xmas, Halloween, New Years, 4th of July, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Vetrans Day, Thanksgiving.) Those would be Holiday Parties and totally separate and off site. The bi-quarterly would be on site during the day.

As proposed owner of this business, all decisions must be made by me! I like the ideas, and all are approved!

P.S.

Alcohol will be allowed for those 21 and over =D

I don't know if you want unlimited booze, drunk people can be difficult to manage and vomit on the floor smells. So say there is a two drink max per day at least?

We can have separate sections separated by glass walls for cat people, dog people, bird people and no pet people... in case of allergies you know... but having a cat present will help with your stress levels.
