and it could be because the market is so slow and its a buyers market the money isn't the same. Who would figure you could lose money in selling houses when it turns into a buyers market 😲

because in buyers markets houses sit longer and a buyer can pick and choose what they want because they know it will come available soon. But while the buyer waits the agent still has to pay list fees, office rent and other business expenses, like their phone and internet service and car expenses
