I work for Cingular Wireless, now the new AT&T prepaid customer support. I have been doing this for about 15 months. I love this industry. I am seriously thinking about making it my career. I realized how much I love my job recently when I was contemplating getting a second job. Not just any job, but a job at a Cingular Wireless, now the new AT&T corporate owned store. I would work full time doing customer service and part time doing sales. The first thing I though was "I'm crazy!" Then, I realized that I love my job and this industry.
