Claim a phone that doesnt exsist.
some customers are sooo retarded that they report phones as lost or stolen that dont even exsist. Honestly (I work for nextel) dont argue with me and tell me that there is a such thing as an i890. when there isnt good luck trying to get the phone covered w/ insurance when it doesnt work.

haha what cracks me up is when they get mad cuz there claim gets denyed when they wait 4 months after it happens to claim it asnd they have no details on the incident. i tell people its like a car insurance company you have to know what happened when where who did it and why it happened. you cant just be like o it got stolen. pisses people off i love it
