...customer gives me pertinent info...
...I run credit...
...customer has a recently (like three months ago) charged off account under the SAME pertinent info...
...customer acts surprised when I inform her she'll need to pay off the four-figure amount she owes us before we'll even think about setting up service for her again...
I mean, did she really think we wouldn't find that?
I had another one earlier who gave me a social that was NOT theirs (it was issued before he was born!) and swore up, down, and sideways that that was his social. Yeah, OK.
Morons...
