Had a customer that had an analyst review to verify last name......
Me- Did your last name recently change?
Cust- Yeah it used to be ****** I severed him off.
Me- OK....(proceded with activation)
Me- So how long were you married for?
Cust- Too long. My husband decided he likes men better.
Me 🤣
Cust- I have no problem with gays, just not when I find them in bed with my husband.

Customer: I hate your service! I roam not even 10 minutes from my house!
Me: Well ma'am, you understand you're not being charged for roaming right? It's not going to cost you anything extra, so you can pretty much just ignore that little roaming symbol unless you're in a different country.
Customer: Do you think I'm stupid?! I KNOW I'm not being charged for roaming. It's the principle of the matter, my phone should not roam so close to my house! That's just completely unacceptable. Once my contract is up I'll be going elsewhere!
Me: ....
I had no idea what to say to that, what's the big deal?

thats funny, i think she just came into my store. She came in to tell me she was cancelling when her contract was up because her phone was a pos moto v180. I told her a new phone would fix her problems but because of the "poor service" other stores gave her when she complained about the problems she is cancelling. I told her that motorla makes phone for all providers and that it is the manufacturers who place warranties on the phones not us. I guess she didn't want to hear that so I kept arguing with her it was awesome!

me too, ive had many jobs dealing with people in good moods, most of the time. In this industry, ive found how stupid people really are and that has shaped my attitude with them to be a bit less nicer and a little more aggressive and forward.
