On occasion, we'll also post extra things to the Twitter feed that aren't in the RSS feed. If we just want to point out some awesome scoop that's otherwise buried deep in an In Depth article, for example, that's where we'll do it.
Are you familiar with Facebook status updates? ...or MySpace status updates? If so, that's the closest equivalent, although Twitter isn't exactly the same.
Basically, you post very short messages about whatever you want. Other Twitter users can subscribe to (or "follow") you, which means they will see what you post.
Conversely, you choose who to follow, and whatever they post, you see. It's all presented in one stream, like a blog, or actually more like the new Facebook home page.

The "Share" options have a small green icon. There's one on the left side of most pages, and under each news item on the from page.
