I've been getting a lot of these msgs here lately. What gives? I never get them on any other site that I post too.

That's what the recent parts of the big thread "Site / Server Changes" is all about.
It's a known issue that affects some people more than others, depending on your ISP. It's something I'm working my best to fix; it's a top priority.
FYI, it's an issue with the new load balancer. At the moment, my choice is those login/logout issues, or a slow site overall. I'd prefer snappy performance with a slight annoyance for a minority of users, at least temporarily. Hopefully the issue will be completely fixed very soon, although I seem to be at the mercy of my hosting provider on this one.
