Graphic Design Program for Smart Phones?

I do some graphic design (ie. illustration, logo design and photo manipulation) via Corel Draw/PhotoPaint and Photo Shop. Are there any graphic design programs that I could upload to a smart phone like the Fuze or the Epix?

"Not Allowed"

So in reading some reviews I've seen alot of people complain about not having, or being excited about having "Threaded messaging". This is normally used in content related to text messaging. Its not a term I'm completely familiar with. I'm assuming this means that if you go over the normal 160 allowed charactors for a text message it will continue to let you type and create a second message. Am I correct in my assumption?

japanesse 4g network

The Japanese company NTT DoCoMo has been testing a 4G communication system prototype with 4x4 MIMO called VSF-OFCDM at 100 Mbit/s while moving, and 1 Gbit/s while stationary. NTT DoCoMo recently reached 5 Gbit/s with 12x12 MIMO while moving at 10 km/h,[7] and is planning on releasing the first commercial network in 2010.

I hear they are going to do it sooner late 2008 or early 2009.

TEXT MESSAGE/MISSED CALL ALERT REMINDERS

I have the nokia n75 phone. Does this phone have such a feature that will beep every three minutes as a reminder that i have an unanswered text/miss call. Does any phone offer this feature? If not this feature is ideal for future phones. Just make sure this feature can be turned on/off.

Can anyone recommend a program to convert audio or video files to mobile phone compatible formats?

Like the subject says, can anyone recommend a program to convert audio or video files to mobile phone compatible formats?

Preferably the most common ones like H.263, AVI, MP4, WMV, 3GP, AMR-NB/EFR, MP3, MIDI-0 (MIDI 1.0), WAV, mp4, AMR-NB/EFR, iMelody (non-MIDI capable devices) etc.

Any help you have would REALLY be appreciated!

Thanks in advance 😁

Which carriers can handle Streaming video?

Cingular, verizon sprint service can handle streaming video. what about tmobile, virgin, dobson, cincinnati Bell, alltel and the old AT&T systems.

Also, what is "offdeck gateway permission" and would a developer need this to offer streaming from their wapsite?

7 MB delivery test (5 minutes)
10 MB delivery test (5 min, high quality)
carrier policy - permission of large files
carrier policy - lower data charges for hippo

any info on these also would be helpful.

thanks in advance.

Cell phone operating systems

My company is developing an application for cell phone download. The target market is ages 13-22. Can someone tell me the operating systems found most frequently on phones used by this demographic? Our programmers need to be sure the download works on the majority of phones this age groups uses. Many thanks!

She Broke it!

I just replaced my RAZR, and shortly after that my friend put hers through the laundry. I offered her mine since I wasn't using it anymore.

She brought it to the USCellular store to get her number switched over to it. She handed it to the woman at the store, who poked a couple buttons and then announced that the phone was broken, and suggested that that was the reason I had given it away.

The phone had worked perfectly for 2 years and I only replaced it because I wanted something better.

Anyway. I'd like to fix it; here's what it does:

It turns on fine, but rather than a useful home screen, you get the status indicators at the top and a black screen.

If you press the left arrow, you get the media options, but the only one tha...
