Some one was telling me in 2-3 months all phones from all providers will come fully unlocked due to gov't regulations or something, u know so people dont make monoplys and stuff, sort of like u dont pay $400 for a phone which is stuck on one network.. Kinda like the law they made your phone number universal. 🤣

Still looking for good PocketPC or Palm phone that isn't overbearing. Like the Treo600, but would rather have a PocketPC (big drawback is the lack of graffitti on Treo). Currently with Verizon and love their coverage (been loyal to them for 8 years). But, Sprint has a deal with my company and offer the Business Connection to my office's Exchange server.

Starting to hear rumors about an iPAQ63xx that will be coming post haste. Anyone have word on this???? And who will carry it?

Appreciate Verizon's thoroughness with testing phones, but there has to be a middle ground. They are so far behind on decent high-end phones...

i had a customer ask me if you could make collect calls to a cell phone. according to her she was not able to make collect calls to anything but landlines while in prison.

hey gang... just heard from a fairly reliable source that cingular will be announcing the buyout of at&t wireless inside the next 48 hours. anyone else heard anything (especially if it's different?) 😳

Has any one heard when Verizon will be coming out with a new push to talk phone. I heard Verizon was tentative with a Samsung model. And possibly a Motorola, just curios on some makes and models as I am in the market for a new phone and have been patiently waiting on a new color push to talk phone from Verizon since early August.

Got news for ya...Ain't gonna happen.
Wanna know why? Deutcha Telecom (DT) has put a lot of time and money into making Tmobile a major player in the cell service market and unless they get a ton back for their investment then you can "fuggetaboutit." Since October of '02 to January of '04 we (yes I do work Tmobile) have jumped from 6 to over 13 million customers! Can you name me another carrier that has doubled it's consumer base? Didn't think so. With WLNP we have so far (percentage wise) gotten the most customers. Verizon got the most amount of customers in total but we got the most b...

I am a Verizon customer, and I want to get the best camera phone that I can, and quickly. I hear that the LG600 is good, but I hear that Samsung is coming out with the scha790, and I probably want to get that. How can I find out when it will actually be in stores? Nobody can tell me. I can't wait too long...
Also, how do you compare manufacturer's claims of battery life? I have an old Mototola Startack, and it's life bears no relation to what the manufacturer specified...

Does anybody know when is the Motorola a760(GSM) going to be out in the U.S. market. Asia has it. But is only dual band. Doesn't work for the U.S. Its a nice PDA phone with camera and touch screen. A little smaller than then Motorola a388.

I bought this phone a year ago under the impression that there was going to be a camera attatchment. I love this phone and I just hate to think to spend another few Hundred $$ to buy another phone. Please help if you can.
