So i've been a reader here for a while and i've been bored at work and have been keeping track of reasons i do not get sales at work. to clarify, i'm a sales rep for att. ok...

One of my all time favourites is "Oh I'm just looking. I'm not able to upgrade for another SEVEN MONTHS. Just seeing what's available." 😳

i HATE that. i was in a pissy mood once and a cust told me that. i flat out told him, "sir. stop wasting your time. i promise you that in 7 months, none of these phones will be here. it will be all new models. and if by some dumb chance i still have one or two, the price will be different."
