What I hate in customer care

ME: Can I have the wireless number you are calling about?

Cust: Wireless number?

Cust: I just got this phone in the mail and it says no service.

Me: Did you call us to activate it?

Cust: I have to activate it?

----------------------------

Customer: There is NO WAY I could have used that many minutes last month. (Look back through the account and they go over every month and call in and have it credited)

----------------------------

Cust: Well my friend (brother, sister, mother, wife, etc.) called last month and they gave him a credit.

Me: And why was that?

Customer: Thier night and weekend minutes were removed.

Me: But your's were not. You have no adjustmets that are ...
