I work Sundays and I use this Number: 1-888-788-5001 and when it asks for you to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, press 00*. Hope that helps.

Well first off, Care isn't going to help you with FDT issues, thats for Dealer Support to help you, so if you'r unsure what to do when they are closed, ask your supervisor.
