If I get an incoming call from an international # does it charge me as if I was calling them?
Also, I'm getting a family plan, can I add texting only to one line? I dont need unlimited texting and only one line would be using it anyway?

Incoming calls from int'l numbers do not charge you. The calling party pays for the call. It just uses your min like any other call.
You can add txt to only 1 line.
