Bonus Mins

Since I work as a Verizon tech I really don't understand all the billing stuff.
Basically, My personal phone is with T-Mobile. I will not cancel a personal line just because I work elsewhere.
Well, when I got my new phone, I went through 4 different phones in a week due to all being bad.
A T-mobile rep gave me 75 bonus mins for all the trouble. I figured it was just for that month but its still on the next month as well.

How long does that stay?

I read before someone mentioned its like for a certain amount of months or will I have 1075mins til I change my plan?

Wow! You must like your T-mobile cell phone alot! I know that you get a employee discount for a Verizon cell phone but you decided to keep T-mobile.

I used to work at a store that sold Cingular cell phones and other phones. I used to have Cingular cell phone and after I left that job, they continue with my discount.

Eventually they realized I still getting a discount so they disconnect me. I than went to AT&T and than I went to T-mobile where I am at now.

Keep Tmobile only because Verizon wants $1000 deposit 😳 Yet Tmobile ande Cingular want no deposit for contract.

But now I'm having more issues with them. Bill messed up majorly.

Bonus mins are actually available for 90 days or until used, which ever comes first. If you received 75 mins this cycle and you were to use 50 of those this month, the remaining 25 would roll over to the following cycle and so on and so forth until all bonus mins were used or the 90 days has expired.
