why is it that people can't do some of their own footwork? Go to the phonescoop phone finder and put in what's important to you and *that* is a recommendation.

Uh-Huh.
why dont YOU try? I tried... it said no phones could be found. đ
Well, since you've given us zero of what you need how are we supposed to be able to help or tell you where to look for help? What works for me won't necessarily work for you! Come on! If you want some help you're going to have to help and do some of the work yourself.
The thing is...that none of the phones on T-Mobile "Catch my eye"....if you know what I mean. And I'm just trying to find a phone that does... đ

You're right! It is stupid to ask for help and not tell us what it is that he's looking for. I agree with you it is stupid.

Okay...I thought people on this site were supposed to HELP me...I guess not.
In all your protestations you have yet to tell us what it is that you're looking for. If you don't tell us we can't help you! If you don't want any help don't ask!
what do YOU think is the best brand for T-Mobile? (e.g Nokia, Samsung, etc)

I like Nokia, but it's all I've ever used save for a couple weeks that I had a V3/Razr. Some people prefer Moto or LG or Sony-Ericsson or Benq-Siemens. It's foolish to think that anyone can recommend a phone for someone without that person telling them what they're looking for in a phone whether it's just a fancy phone to impress someone or a phone that's good with data or a phone that's good with games or a phone that can play MP3s and has a camera. There's no one phone that's the best for everyone
Flip phone
External Display
Good voice quality
Okay camera
Easy buttons to press
Small yet durable
Thin, but not TO thin
I'm giving you more info like you wanted. đ

I just put all your requirements into the phonescoop phone finder and found at least a dozen. You didn't specify which carrier which makes a difference at well.

1. The magnetic opening
2. The extermal display
