T-mobile question
Ok if i report my phone lost and pay the 100(insurance) on the phone can i still use my old phone...like sell it
🙂

Yes, you can sell it, but if assurion decides to prosecute and are able to show proof of the fraud T-mobile can and will cancel your line or lines, even if you are in the contract with T-mobile you have to pay the early termination fee. Take my word don’t do it, it is not worth the hassle.
I had a customer that wrote three bad checks to T-mobile, her line was cancelled and she had to pay the 200 early termination fee. She was considered high risk customer

I wouldn't sell it. The handset belong to assurion once they have accepted your claim, so technically you are selling a phone that belongs to them.

ok.. if you do that.. for one is insurance fraud. The verifications department can catch on to this things... not only that but if the next person has the phone and puts insurance on it they might not be able to get it replaced since its reported stolen on another account.

Sell the used one...they won't trace it to you that way, anyone could have sold it, eh?
Also, you will need a lot of info...and a police report to do the claim.
It's a pretty bad idea, and if it's a nice phone it will cost you $110 just to get a new one...is it worth it?

Insurance fraud is a ferderal crime and punishiable to the fullest extent. Just call into Asurion and the recording tells u how serious they take it. Do what u want but make sure u weigh the consiquences.
