Dolce & Gabbana will soon be selling the new V3i in GOLD.

Don't believe it? Check out Motorola's website: http://www.motorola.com/mediacenter/news/deta il/0,,6228_6183_23,00.html

Supposedly there are only 1,000 of them. ...I kinda want one. It's cute.

But on the case of the regular V3i, It bring me great sadness to know that Cingular will most likely get it first. I've been checking on the Cingular forums for the past few days, and their reps are saying Jan. 6th is the release date.

There weren't any pictures of it on the Motorola site, but you can go to Ebay and search for one, or you can go to the site where I initially saw the picture: http://macenstein.com/default/archives/133

It's very cute and all - but at the end of the day (and the beginning of the day for that matter) it's still just a RAZR. Moto is milking this thing to death, and rightly so I guess.

But I suppose that if you've got the extra cash and want to be all that and a bag of chips - then go for it! It's still just a RAZR with 4 year old technology though.
