In doing so, it dropped my T-Zones for $2.99/month. They didnt tell me it would do that. Of course, now the service is $5.99 a month. So, $36/year more for the same service. I know it isn't much money, but its the principle - especially when the CSR's only excuse is that the script they read me had the phrase "some features may not be available depending on the plan selected" or some nonsense. AND, I had to figure out what happened on my own - even though the CSR could see what was on my plan when I switched, they didnt add the T-Zones back on, even at the inflated price. I figure...

Just kidding, T-Mo is probably the last carrier I would ever go with for service or selling service.
In a way it seems like that would be the only way for T-Mo to 'get more' from their data plans is by introducing & re-introducing voice plans with more minutes and such so that way you are almost forced to pay more for their data...

Then it is accurate b/c as you pointed out, Sprint is more expensive. I think that the other person was just pointing out you get more usage for less money with T-Mobile.
