If you really want the black V3, I would just wait a while. After all, the silver V3 was a Cingular exclusive for a long time and it eventually was let out to T-Mo.

I think that if anyone wants the black version, either get an unlocked version, or just wait like 6 months. Cingular has the exclusive on the black version, just like they did on the silver version. Thats why they took so long to get the silver V3. I am surprised that Cingular is charging the same price of $199 with a 2-year agreement for new customers for the black V3, as well as the silver V3. Eventhough, its the same phone with a different color shell.
