mp3 players

How exactly does the mp3 player work on the cell phones, and how do u get them to your phone?



I cant wait untill the new phones come out in the summer 🙂 ...that is when they are coming out right?

um.....there are a multitude of phones that are already availible that have MP3 players built in, you just put the songs on the memory card, use the embedded media player and away you go
...

no memory card typically means no MP3 player, while there are some exceptions (d500), typically NO

Most T-Mobile phones are only mp3 ringers, if u want a mp3 player the only phone I know of is the samsung p735.

Thats a very good question. Its been $499 for more than a year. I don't think people are buying that phone, its too expensive.

the sad part is you can grab the p730 for MUCH cheaper w/ new activation, just like the d415 i dont get how its still $299.99 when you can pick up a d500 for much less

Has anyone else used Disc-to-Phone by Sony Ericsson? You can download it for free off the Sony Ericsson website at this link:

I really liked it. I thought it was simple to use. I tried out an unlocked s710a on T-Mobile's network for a couple of days and used that software to download mp3s onto a memory stick duo. The speaker worked pretty nicely, and I found that 64k worked well. At 32k the sound quality was garbled, and at 128k the files were too large to store very many of them (the phone wouldn't accept memory stick duo PRO cards, so I was stuck using my 32mb card).

and I can even listen to internet radios (requires internet option)
