Contract ETF & leaving the country

I'm leaving the US for good next spring and I am currently under contract with TMo.

What is their policy on this?

IF you can prove that you are leaving tmobile will let you out of the contract.

Right on. That will not be a problem... I'll just givem them my forwarding address.

They already sent me my unlock codes for my Zine.

They wont take just a fwding address.. They need proof. ID or bill something of that nature. and it needs to be at the store and the store rep needs to call it in.

WRONG!

You can fax over a waterbill, foreign ID, or something that shows you are paying rent in another country and you can FAX it in. Any Tmobile rep will give you the fax number.

Actually I just took in my passport that has my "Permanant Resident" visa sticker in it and a copy of my plane ticket order from Air New Zealand.

BTW, they prefer proof in person but the fax is just as good. The rep I spoke with said people have been using this to get out of their contract by getting a PO Box up in Canada.
