Walmart price

According to CNN Money, Walmart will be selling the G1 for $148.88. Will they offer it at a discounted full price as well?

Probably. Wal-Mart is one of those stores that can sell products at a loss to bring people into the store. Once people are into the store, they'll buy other stuff that makes up for the initial loss on that product. It sucks for T-Mobile, but maybe Wal-Mart won't be able to get the phones in stock until early next year.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but RobTheMan is correct. One more thing supports his claim as well- Walmart website at http://www.walmart.com. A Search criteria entry of T-Mobile G1 should suffice to locate the phone on the site. You al lwill see that it shows a 2 year price of $179.88.
