Motorola A630 - Instant Messaging (AIM, ICQ, YIM)

I have a Sidekick II right now. I'm planning on replacing it with a Motorola A630 due to size. I’ve read professional and user reviews on the Motorola phone, however, I haven’t seen any comments on instant messaging itself. I specifically use the SKII because of its “Always On” connection and handy keyboard. I mainly use the Email, SMS, and Instant Messaging services. It seems to me that the A630 has it all except the IM feature. Instant Messaging on the SKII is “live” meaning, it’s not text message based. If I send an IM message to a buddy on his computer, he receives the message right away. And is he responds, I receive the message right away.
