Need TMO Employees Feedback
I am interviewing on Friday or the Technical Support Customer Service Representative position. They told me it would be two hours including several tests. Any idea what tests and what else I can expect? Thanks.

well i didnt apply or work for tech support call center but i did work customer care call center...its been a while but if i remember right there were 3 tests...one was a basic math test just to make sure you can add or subract or multiply and make sure you can use a calculator lol. the second one was a test was one where you pretneded to work for some company on phones, and you listened to the persons request, document the request, and fulfill the request. it pretty much makes sure you can type decently, and that you can listen to people on the phone. the last test was a personality test. you know asking if you've ever stolen from you old jobs, and if you do drugs, and if someone made you mad, was it ok to retaliate and stuff like that...ho...

i really did enjoy it, i just got burned out from being attached to a desk all day...but it took almost 3 years for that point to come...i from what i gather the phone calls that tech support takes for the most part are better than the calls that customer care takes, becaseu you dont have billing issues you have to work with...i stil work for t-mobile but i do retail now...one thing i love about the company is that the benifits are great, and they try to take care of us really well...

that sounds good. i received a voice mail from hr that they are moving forward and if my info verifies they most likely will offer me a job. training would start in about 4 weeks and she said it will last 8 weeks.
btw is the phone and plan discount for employees pretty good? i'm with vzw now and they are pretty expensive over all.
