Maybe that's something faulty with Mot. I've never had any problem with my Nokias keeping them on for literally weeks at a time without repowering the units.

no need to be a buttplug man, the guy did not list prior any steps he had completed prior to this post so i posted some general info, i have no problem getting my texts thru tmobile in a timely fashion (within seconds of them being sent).....so yes given what we know now i presume its something with tmobiles syste...

Also, have you tried sending a text message to yourself? That can help isolate whether it's an issue with your phone not being set up right, whether or not it's the TMo network, or possibly an issue with a different network the SMS are coming from.
