Reporting Coverage

How do I report coverage issues? I just signed up for T-Mobile and queried their website on a zip code. Website came up positive, i.e., confirmed coverage. I find now that coverage in the town concerned is nonexistant. I want to the nearest T-Mobile shore and they brought up a pretty detailed map of the area coverage on their computer. Right enough, the town concerned is in a coverage hole, i.e. coverage is to the East and West, North and South.

Good question, you need to call customer care, if you can't from your handset it's 1-800-937-8997. I once found a stretch of highway in arizona about 2 miles long as reported in coverage on T-Mobile.com, but not on the map you saw in the store, personal coverage check. On these very rare occasions, we have to either query future sites, or report the discrepancy to implementations. However, if it's an area that is surronded by coverage and just appears to be in a "hole", chances are it's being built up around there, and eventually will be. Any service issue we try to log will more than likely come up with "new tower in next 4 months"...or something like that...Best thing to do is bring it to our attention so we can address it.

You can also report this at T-Mobile.com. This may be a better option as most reps arent really great at filing detailed requests.
