HotSpot @Home Talk Forever Mobile is a SOC added to a rate plan that gives customers the ability to use their T-Mobile service using Wi-Fi technology. It provides seamless service between the Wi-Fi and GSM networks using a UMA (unlicensed mobile access) enabled handset.
Customers can use this service at home, at any HotSpot location, or wherever there is an open Wi-Fi connection.
Talk Forever Mobile is for postpaid customers ONLY (FlexPay, SmartAccess, Take Control, T-Mobile To Go, and kidConnect customers are NOT eligible to add the HotSpot @Home Talk Forever Mobile service).

you can use the uma service with the curve, katalyst, t409, or 6086 to get reception over the internet (provided you have the right speed internet and a wireless router), but at this point you cant use the add on feature to get unlimited minutes with a flexpay plan.
