T-Mobile vs. Sprint????

I am thinking of leaving Sprint for T-Mobile. I am at my wits end with Sprint's customer service. I will soon be living in the LA area. I was just hoping I could get an idea of T-Mobile as a company and their service. I know the customer service ranks high. Right now with Sprint I have a nationwide plan that I have had for years 750 mins for $38 + tax. I would essentially be going to T-Mobile and spending more for a plan, since I can't bear my Sprint price anywhere for nationwide. Please convince me to leave for T-Mobile or stay with Sprint. Thanks in advance.

So you have 700 mins for 38 dollars. As you were saying this is a grandfather plan so the only way you will pay that same price any where else is if you get very minimal minutes. Depending how many of those minutes you use there are a few options for you. You can get the 1500 minute plan for 39.99 with no N/W's or pay 49.99 and get 1500 minutes and with N/W's starting @ 9pm. That is one option, the second option is this: 600 minute my fave individual plan 49.99 with n/w's, free long distance and free roaming (my faves allows you to talk to 5 people you want completely free in coming and outgoing and you can change it every month.) 600 minutes isnt bad especially if you have my faves, statistics say 90% of people talk to at least 5 people a ...

Yeah if I was going to do anything I was looking at the MyFaves one u spoke of or the 1500 and N&W package. Do all T-Mobile plans have no roaming included?

Most of their plans include long distance and roaming. only a couple of odd plans do not, like the regional plans.

That plan you're on is a free and clear/retention plan of some sort. While you can't beat min for the dollar value on that, those plans don't include off-network roaming like the newer tmobile plans do so your overall coverage would expand by a lot. With tmobile you'll also get access to more phones (big advantage of GSM) and a superior customer support system. If you weigh those options tmobile is probably the better choice.
