😁 Good Morning: I was wondering how long does T-Mobile take to call you back if you apply with them, and are given the online test? Where I live, their website says they are hiring for retail sales associate in the T-Mobile Corp. Stores. I was wondering if I could get a job with yall? I have been a customer for like two years now, and I think I can help people with questions that they might have regarding phones that are currently out, about the plans, and how good customer service is. Someone please give me some imput on this. Thanks! 😁

With the website it's really slow sometimes. Be sure you submitted your application, and not just created your profile.

There's a 1-800 number, too we have pamphlets all over the call center, but I don't know it off the top of my head (it's all jobs, not just cs)

Another thing you may try (this is how my friend landed her retail job)..go to the store and ask what opportunities there may be. Shoot the Sh*t with the manger for a while, and they'll usually work with you. (A large portion of retail opportunities only start as associates, and not representatives...laymens terms: temp to hire. That or part time only to full time)

One more thing: there are some jobs that are listed, but we have had on/off hiring freezes in retail since ...

☚ī¸ I recently applied on T-Mobile.com and they sent me the website to take the online test. Then I called a T-Mobile store and the Mangar said they will be hiring next week. Then 2 days later, I get an email from T-Mobile saying "Thank you for taking the time to apply with T-Mobile USA, Inc. We have
reviewed your qualifications and they do not meet our requirements at
this time. We will retain this information for a period of one year.
After that time, you are welcome to re-apply." How do I know what I scored on the online test? What score must you score to pass this test?

Unless it's changed I believe you must score an 80% or higher to pass. I know recentlyour GM has said our hiring standards are going to get tougher...it's possible they raised the minimum "pass" score, too.

Was it the test that you basically had to take a typing skills test, and do a few different series of situational exercises? Then, I believe there were a few what would you do questions, and then the standard how would you feel questions on the test--but I actually took mine, even though online, at the call center at which I was applying and they had 2 managers walking around the room monitoring people. I think I came in with a group of 12, and like 3 or 4 got walked out of the test. You can re-apply though in 30 days' I think, plus s...

😁 Thanks so much! I relly feel like I should actually work for T-Mobile as a Retail Rep. I already know the rate plans, T-Mobile has Exellent Cust. Care, and I have been a customer for about 3 to 4 years. The first 2 years I was on Prepaid, the in 2002 I switched to a plan, and have them ever since.

I was told by my RRM that the hiring standards will be revised in the new year. So I am sure there will be tougher requirements but who knows.
