It sucks living in Mesa, Arizona. There's not enough towers out here. I'm forced to leave to T-Mobile until they do. Do any reps know when more towers will be adde, and when flexpay will iron our their billing errors??

I've tried four or five different models, and have exchanged sim cards two or three times.

cant you just ask T-mobile to put a tower on your building. i`ve heard they`re not big. i`m moving to Mesa and i had a lot of questions so i called and they informed me. i wanna say i believe what i heard but that could have been some kinda sales pitch. i mean i was updating some stuff.

Wow! I live in West Chandler and I just joined T-Mobile because AT&T had such poor quality of coverage. T-Mobile has been great where I am. You should double check your phones performance.

...if you aren't getting good enough service in Mesa, Arizona, then you must either live in a cave, a lead box, or have a phone that is acting up.
Look at the personal coverage check for Mesa, there are towers everywhere!
If you still don't get good coverage where you live because of elevation, or building interference, you should consider hotspot@home, assuming you have a dsl or cable internet connection.

Stay with T-Mobile, it will be better for you in the long run.

That, and billing sucks. They screwed up my text plan, and almost turned my phone off because the guy that took my payment over the phone posted it to the wrong account.

The guy posting your payment has nothing to do with billing. As far as your text plan is concerned, that depends on the issue. Was it added incorrectly or is it something technical that you're not aware of?

When your bill is CONSISTENTLY $50 or more too high for no reason and it is up to you to spend your time to get it fixed, then you can say that T-Mobile's billing sucks. Until then what you have experienced is a very minor hiccup that many customers of every wireless company experience.

Simple human error, that was corrected by the way, does not constitute bad billing.

From the sound of things, this is your first cell phone plan.

No one is perfect. It's what is done when someone messes up that's what counts...

They made me fax in a proof of payment, even though they knew that they messed up. What kinda crap is that?!

Dude, its a little known fact that T-MO is open 24/7.

after like 7pm, you will be connected with outsourcers. They provide mediocre service. I have dealt with these air heads on many many occasions. Its just the luck of the draw what kind of rep you get.

T-mo is awesome but sometimes you get an idiot. I work for one of the big 4 and it happens within our company.

Some of the outsourcers are actually pretty good. Then some are not. Like you said, its the luck of the draw. But atleast I know when to admit that I don't know something and will tell you that I am going to get help to figure it out. It seems like honesty will get you a long way with most customers. I just hope if anyone decides to call in, that they don't get the complete idiot.

No. I have a flexpay account plan with them. I have a prepaid phone with at&t because my soon-to-be in laws do, if you must know.

flex pay is sort of like pre pay bc you pre pay for your service, you just get the benefits of choosing a plan, including free nights, weekends and my faves. But in essence, it is pre pay service.

its better than paying the deposit or that smart access that we used to have. Flex pay is cool, there are just alot of billing kinks right now.

By you responding, you just supported my statement. This is a public forum and you voiced your opinion. By posting something in a public forum, you're inviting other people to give an opinion.

maybe you should practise what you preach, and not get all flippy over someone who posts whatever they want.

There's a huge difference between voicing an opinion on a public forum and resurrecting a 7 month old dead topic out of "spite". I respect other people's opinions and I respect your opinion about that prepaid topic, however it made no sense to bring it back especially since all it does is annoy other people. Just because only two people commented on it doesn't mean others weren't annoyed by it. Yes, it is a free country but it's about being considerate of others. That is something everyone should do, both for the things that matter and the things that don't, in an effort to make this world a better place.

Cry? Whine? No, that's not crying or whining. That's breaking it down in simple terms to someone who is obviously not very intelligent. Do you need a more simple explanation or do you finally understand it now?

Yes. You've taught me well. I pray I can someday be as intelligent and sophisticated as yourself. Perhaps, it is but a dream, and I must indulge in the books and teachings of those self proclaimed geniuses of the internet, as yourself. I will be studying your every move. GO FORTH, MASTER OF KNOWLEDGE, and ELABORATE UPON YOUR EXPONENTIAL WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE!

Never said I was a genius. I think what actually happened is you were looking through these threads, not paying attention to the dates, and then posted to a 7 month dead thread by accident. But regardless, posting on a public forum is inviting opinions including sarcastic ones like the one you just did. I mean, look at all of these posts. Every single one of them is someone putting forth an opinion but who cares? I certainly don't and am done with this conversation. Peace.
