My Girlfriend lost her SDA, I know she's been wanting a new phone for a while, and I also know that T-Mobile discontined the SDA. Through Asurion insurance, does anyone know what phone they will replace her lost one with?

The SDA is still available for warranty replacement. So odds are she will get the SDA. If for some reason Asurion does not have it in stock, I believe the alternate would be the Dash.

Not with a lost phone. An alternate exchange would still require you to mail back the old one and those type of exchanges are only done if you've already done warranty exchanges multiple times and are not happy with the SDA handsets you keep receiving. For a lost phone, you can either upgrade, buy a new one at full cost, or use Asurion. There's also always ebay or similar auction sites.
