Customer Service who work in data (T-Zones)
Ok, Got a N73 Nokia off ebay and it automatically loaded the t-zones and picture messaging settings. The only problem is that T-Zones looks a lot different than say on razor or nokia 5300. In other words T-Mobile branded phones get a different T-Zones than non T-Mobile UNLOCkED phones. Does anybody know how to fix this. Thanks

WHAT..nobody know the answer to this. I can't be the only person with a unlocked phone. I guess the data people have better things to do than hang out here

The data and multimedia doesn't work on my unlocked phone, I haven't formatted them, nor do I plan on it. Perhaps you are visiting the UK's T-Zones....

paddyoc, what do you mean when you say i am visiting UK's T-Zones. Multimedia works fine with the N73, you can send and receive picture messages and SMS without any problem. As far as T-Zones, it is still pulling up the older text version of T-Zones, not the new format.

To fix the issue you need to have the WAP deck OTA resent to your phone. Its free and while talking to customer care there is going to be a 4 digit code that you need to input to the device it self....

Its T-Mo's settings configurator. Where it says "service" just select T-Zones. Everything will be sent straight to your phone. If you've already done this, talk to CS.
