I had called customer service because for some reason my phones have been turned off. I had just paid a bill for $220.00 LAST WEEK. When a women named Arjeryia answered the phone, I had asked her why they were shut off, she said because of an outstanding balance, well how could that be? I just paid last week. She had told me they were shut off because of RESTOCKING fee's that were not paid. ( I had done an exchange on my blackberry because it was for somereason shuting off on me.) I asked how much the restocking fee was and she told me it was $300.12...... WHAT ARE YOU CRAZY???. She continued to say that tmobile had not recived the phone back, I asked well why wouldnt you just charge me for the phone if you people didn't recive my phone? she...

The results of her job? You mean, whether or not the rep was fired? If so, that really isn't any of your business and it would be illegal for her boss to tell you.

Why didn't you send the phone back? That's no way to conduct yourself as a customer.

Well just to let you know, the retail price of a Pearl is $350, so I dont think you wouldve rather had been charged for the phone.

If you sent back the phone, it wouldve been tracked, as the prepaid shipping label that came in the box has a tracking number. It couldve been found then looked up, and the fee waived once they found out it was recieved. Which is what the rep should have done, no question, that rep handled it the wrong way. And you will find bad apples in any service company, and to be honest, she wont last long with T-Mobile, because that is simply not acceptable customer service, as you said.

Now, if you didnt send it back, it is your own fault, and you have no room to complain.

I totally agree with you, if I didn't Send the phone back it was my fault. But I did. And I was charged for it. they finally did find my phone, and it was taken care of. but in no way shape or form should she have cancelled my contract.

Like I was saying before, the rep TOTALLY handled it WRONG, it is unacceptable. She will not last long with T-Mobile, we do hold ourselves to a higher standard than that.

I am glad they found it and fixed the issue. I know after all of this its hard to accept this company as a great service company. But from working here I have personally seen things done for customers that no other carrier would ever do. Stick it out, you might find yourself pleasently surprised.
