New to T-Mobile and the Dash!!
Where do I start! 😁 I've had a busy weekend! (Or should I say "week" since Tuesday-1st when I bought it!)
1st on Friday I upgraded my Dash from Windows 5 to 6...looks and works great! Love the newer/updated features, especially the e-mail's. I had a little trouble getting the upgrade to patch through, so I called T-Mobile and spoke to a fantastic tech. Do you know that guy stayed on the phone with me for an hour and a half till we got it running right? 1st I get impressed with the reps in the store...so impressed, that I wrote a letter to the district manager about how great all the store reps were! Never got service like that at VZW! Then I had the experience on Friday with the tech department... outstanding!! I got the tech's m...

You can port out whenever you please... as long as you pay that final VZW bill on time you will still be considered in good standing with them if ever the occaision arises that you should decide to return.
